Aktivatsiya fermenta proiskhodit vo vremya pervichnoy denaturatsii v techenie ne menee 1 minuty. Phusion R DNA-polimeraza effektivno podkhodit dlya amplifikatsii dlinnykh uchastkov DNA (do 30 tys. bp), vysokotochnoy amplifikatsii fragmentov DNA dlya klonirovaniya. Obespechivaet vysokuyu tochnost i bystrotu provedeniya amplifikatsii.
