The kit includes all reagents required for DNA quantification:
1. Spectra Q BR dye - interkalyator;
2. Spectra Q BR buffer - bufernyy rastvor;
3. Standard 1 - kalibrator;
4. Standard 2 - kalibrator.

Instructions for use

Double-stranded DNA concentration measurement procedure

1. Prigotovit master-miks na neobkhodimoe kolichestvo reactions iz rascheta:
Spectra Q BR dye -1 uL na 1 reaktsiyu.
Spectra Q BR buffer - 199 uL na 1 reaktsiyu.
2. Prigotovit standarty v tonkostennykh prozrachnykh probirkakh: Standard 1 - 10 uL pervogo standarta razvodyatsya v 190 uL master-miksa; Standard 2 - 10 uL vtorogo standarta razvodyatsya v 190 uL master-miksa.
3. Podgotovit samples: v otdelnuyu tonkostennuyu prozrachnuyu tube vnositsya 200-Vobr uL master-miksa i Vobr uL analiziruemogo obraztsa (variruetsya ot 1 do 10 uL). Naprimer, pri izmerenii proby Vobr=2 uL v tube vnositsya 200-2=198 uL master-miksa i 2 uL izmeryaemoy proby.

7. Pred izmereniem otkalibrovat pribor, nazhav knopku "Read standards". Poocheredno izmerit snachala 1-y standart, zatem 2-y.
8. Posle zamera oboikh standartov nazhat knopku "Run samples". Ustanovit obem obraztsa, v zavisimosti ot togo, kakoy obem obraztsa vnosilsya v tube.
9. Posledovatelno izmerit kontsentratsii obraztsov.

Vazhno! Standarty dolzhny khranitsya pri temperature ot +2℃ do +8℃. Interkalyator Spectra Q BR dye mozhet zamerzat pri khranenii ot +2℃ do +8℃ i imeet srodstvo k RNA v 10 raz nizhe, chem k DNA.

Storage conditions

Spectra Q BR buffer must be stored pri temperature ot +4℃ do +25℃ for 12 months c daty vypuska izgotovitelya.
Standard 1 i Standard 2 nabora "Spectra Q BR" dolzhny khranitsya pri temperature ot +2℃ do +8℃ for 12 months, ne dopuskaya zamorazhivaniya. A short-term storage temperature increase is allowed (transportation) ot +4℃ do +25℃ for no more than 5 days.
Interkalyator Spectra Q BR dye must be stored at room temperature v nedostupnom dlya sveta meste for 12 months. Pri dolgosrochnom khranenii interkalyator dolzhen khranitsya pri temperature ot -20℃ do +4℃ v nedostupnom dlya sveta meste for 12 months i bolee.
